What payment options are available for Beyondware Subscriptions?
While credit card is the preferred method of payment, we have multiple options to pay for our software including ACH/Direct, wire, physical check and working with our growing list of resellers.

How does the license work?
Every Beyondware license you buy is a ‘floating license’ which works similar to a network license. When you purchase, you will get an email with a Subscription ID which is used within our products to activate the license. All application downloads include the full software, just with watermarks. The free 30-day trial or paid subscription removes all watermarks for Beyond CAD and all but a small watermark in the bottom right for Beyond Typicals.
These licenses can be transferred between computers as long as no two users are using the license at the same time. Users can install the software on multiple machines and move a single license between them as necessary. If your organization needs more than 1 concurrent user of our products at the same time, multiple licenses can be purchased with a single email address. Our licensing system only uses the Subscription ID to activate, not the email.
Note: a future update will limit Subscription IDs to two computers.
Can I purchase multiple licenses?
Absolutely. You can purchase multiple licenses using the same account by signing up for multiple free trials with the same email.
We can also work directly with you to add multiple subscriptions to your account if you would prefer. Just contact us.
We will be offering enterprise plans with license managers in the first half of 2023.
Can I upgrade or change my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any subscription within your account by clicking the MANAGE ACCOUNT link at the top of this website, logging in and clicking on edit subscription. You can also cancel or pause your subscription via MANAGE ACCOUNT.

How do I download and install the software?
After signing up for a free 30-day trial or purchasing a subscription, you will receive an email with instructions to download and install Beyond Typicals and/or Beyond CAD. We understand that IT/IS guidelines are different for nearly every company and agency, so we have multiple options for download and distribution, with more coming soon. Learn more here.
How does the 30-day Free trial work?
If you would like to evaluate the software before buying, we offer a 30-day free trial, which works for all of our products. When you start the 30-day free trial, you will receive a 17 digit Subscription ID via email which you can enter into the software upon startup, which will remove the watermarks for the 30-day period. If you would like to continue to use the software beyond the free trial, you will need to select a plan and enter payment information in your account using the MANAGE ACCOUNT link at the top of this website. If you select and pay for a subscription plan, you will need to use that 17 digit Subscription ID moving forward (the free trial ID will no longer work). If you never upgrade to a paid subscription or cancel the free trial, the software will continue working past the 30 days, just with the watermarks turned back on. What about students, military or bulk purchases?
University students and active military can access any of our plans at a significant discount. We also offer discounts for bulk/volume and multi-year license purchases.
