Can't find your license/Subscription ID?
You should receive your Subscription ID (license) in an email sent immediately, titled ‘Congratulations on your Beyondware Free Trial’. If you cannot find this email in your inbox nor spam or junk folders, you can access this information via your account from this website.
- Click MANAGE ACCOUNT at the top of this page
- Enter your email address
- Enter the 6 digit One Time Password (OTP) you receive in via email
- You have now accessed your account (you can create an official password if you would like for future access)
- Click ‘Billing History’
- You will then see your subscription information and you can click ‘Download’ to the right
- A PDF with your free trial information, including your 17 digit Subscription ID, will be downloaded
